About Rosalinde Reece

Rosalinde Reece

I sold my first piece of art when I was 4 or 5 - to my dad. I sold a few more to dad over the years. My second big sale was when I was 17 - to the IBM Museum of Young Artists. It was on display there until they decided I was too old to be a young artist. It was then purchased by a private collector. My drawings and paintings are on walls throughout the couuntry. I took my first art lessons in a neighborhood garage, the only child in an adult class. Studied at Parsons, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, The New School in NYC. I pretty much draw or paint all the time. Art has many purposes, values and uses. I intend mine to make the world a litlle brighter, a little lighter, a little happier, a little more fun. Please enjoy!
